Flat / Low Slope Roofs
80% of all commercial roofs are replaced prematurely. This is because of a multitude of reasons, but primarily lack of maintenance, improper installation and roofing contractors are in the business to sell roofs. Most roofs can be restored instead of a complete tear off potentially saving the building owner thousands of dollars. Saving money and labor on tear off and replacement is achieved by doing maintenance on a timely basis. Restoring new roof performance always involves less money when done earlier. |

Warranties
We have renewable roof warranties from 10-30 years depending on the system installed and the roof that we are covering.
WHAT’S SO HOT ABOUT COOL ROOFS.
A Cool Roof reflects the sun's energy from the roof surface, reducing the roof surface temperature by up to 95°. By reducing the heat transfer into the building, cool roofs help lower energy costs (by keeping the attics and ducts cooler) and improve occupant comfort. Cool materials for low-slope roofs are mainly bright in color, although non-white colors are available for sloped roof applications.
Cool Roofs must also have high emissivity values, allowing them to emit infrared energy. Bare metals and metallic coatings are not considered cool roof materials. Think of the phrase "Cat on a hot tin roof!" Cool Roofs also cut maintenance costs, prolong roof life while lowering life cycle cost, and reduce urban "heat island" effect associated with smog. You can experience these benefits by incorporating Cool Roof Solutions into your building. |

BENEFITS OF A SPRAY FOAM ROOF! |
| |
 |
- Tax Benefits: You may qualify for up to $1.80 per square foot tax deductionfor having an energy efficient roof.
- Energy Efficient: Spray Foam is 92% efficient and can cut your energy bills 25% - 50% (That’s over 500% more efficient than Tar and Gravel, EPDM, and Modified Bitumen Roofs)
- No Energy Loss: 60-70% of your heating/cooling is lost through your roof spray foam stops that energy loss!!!
|
|
- No Capitalization: Spray Foam Roofs can be expensed in one year instead of being capitalized (in most cases).
- ROI: Most building owners experience an average of 4 ½-year return on their investment.
- Affordable: The installed cost is less expensive than other commercial roofing systems, and the benefits for Spray Foam Roofing systems far surpass the competition.
- No Heat Transfer: 2” of foam will stop over 240° of temperature from passing through it. Since Spray Foam does not allow radiant heat transfer, it lowers the surrounding air temperatures in the building.
- Comfortable: Less radiant heat inside the building increases the comfort of the building occupants; increasing productivity. Lowers inside building temperatures up to 12°.
- Less HVAC Maintenance: Reduces wear and tear on your HVAC equipment since it runs less often.
- No Mold: Spray Foam has no food value so it inhibits the Growth of Mold and Mildew.
- No Air Leakage: Spray Foam stops air and moisture infiltration by filling every nook and cranny in the building structure.
- Low Life Cycle Cost: Spray Foam has the lowest life cycle cost as compared to all other types of roofing systems.
|
 |
- Strength: While lightweight, spray foam is very strong. It can even double the strength of a building structure. Spray Foam Roofing Systems have earned a great deal of respect since hurricane Andrew. Spray Foam has even been touted as being “Hurricane Proof”.
- No Off-Gassing: Spray Foam is permanent and will not off gas or loose its R-value.
- Healthy & Safe for the Atmosphere: VOC Compliant - Contains no ozone depleting agents. Spray Foam is considered a GREEN BUILDING PRODUCT. Helps keep rodents, dust, bugs, and pollen out. Lowers allergens typically found in the home or building. Contains NO Formaldehyde, which causes cancer.
|
|
- Sustainable: Provides a fully sustainable roofing system with a renewable warranty, allowing you to re-coat the roof rather than tearing it off; saving you money for years to come.
- Seamless: SPF is a seamless system. There are no seams or joints to allow water, heat or air to enter the building through the roofing system. Regardless of building size or shape there will be no seams. Spray Foam Roofs are leak free.
- No Fasteners: Since spray foam adheres tenaciously to most surfaces, it is fastener free leaving no room for roof leaks due to fasteners coming loose and poking holes in the roof membrane.
- Self-Flashing: Due to the ability of spray foam to conform to whatever surface it is applied to, SPF is ideal for flashing parapet walls, roof penetrations, and roof mounted equipment; such as HVAC equipment, vent stacks, pipes, skylights, etc. The self-flashing ability of polyurethane foam eliminates roof leaks caused by faulty flashing.
- Lightweight: SPF roofing systems weigh approximately 60 pounds per 100 square feet compared to 600-1000 pounds per 100 square feet for conventional BUR, Tar and Gravel systems or Ballasted EPDM systems. Spray Foam is ideal to apply over existing BUR minimizing additional weight. In fact, the gravel removed from the existing BUR roof will exceed the weight of the new spray foam roof by about 10 times.
- Insulates: Polyurethane foam has the highest "R" value of any roofing product on the market. With an "R" value of 6.8 per inch of thickness it enables us to provide more thermal resistance with less material than any other product.
- Minimizes Ponding Water: A unique advantage of spray foam is the ability to slope the existing roof to allow ponding water to be redirected to the roof drains/scuppers by adding an increased thickness of foam in low areas. This means that each roof can be individually designed to meet the customer’s needs.
- Versatile: Spray Foam is an ideal system to insulate roofs, tanks, coolers, piping, ductwork, freezers, and perimeter wall insulation for new construction homes or commercial buildings. SPF can be used on new roofs as well as re-roofing projects. It can be used on surfaces whether they are flat, pitched, domed, metal, wood, concrete, etc.
- Water Tight: The closed cell structure of spray foam resists the penetration of water. It is a US Coastguard approved material for flotation. Closed Cell Spray Foam is the only FEMA approved material for flood zones.
- Flexible: Polyurethane foam has the ability to withstand the strain of normal expansion and contraction of a structure without affecting the ability to remain adhered and sealed, protecting the structure from outside elements.
- Long Life: Spray Foam Roofing Systems have been around since 1968 some of which are still performing today. SPF roofing systems are renewable. While other systems must be removed and replaced after their normal life expectancy (8-15 years), SPF only needs to be repaired and re-coated saving you money.
|
- Ease of Application: SPF roofing systems can be installed in a relatively short period of time with no disruption of building operations.
- Lowers Surface Temperature: On a 95° day a typical black rubber (EPDM), tar & gravel, or Built-up (BUR) roof can reach up to 190° at the surface. Many times we have seen a reflective coating over our SPF roof maintain less than 90° on the surface, which was less than the ambient temperature outside. The white coating is highly reflective and helps lower energy costs to the building owner.
